David H. Pierce is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Davideo Productions, a motion picture film & broadcast television production, syndication and consulting firm based in Seguin, Texas. He is also the co-owner and managing partner of Sign City Television, LLC, a broadcast television programming service targeted to Deaf and Hard of Hearing viewers. For over 23 years, David has worked in all aspects of television programming and production and is considered to be a “jack of all trades” in the broadcast & cable industry. He has run 24/7 national cable networks and syndicated programming to broadcasters such as PAX/NBC and the BBC. He was the former Vice President of Programming & Operations for Kaleidoscope Network, Inc. (formerly Silent Network and America’s Disability Channel) where he was responsible for over 49,000 hours of national satellite broadcasts. He is also the inventor of the “Pierce Method for Deaf Editors”, an editing technique for cutting video to audio by editors with hearing losses. Pierce has been included in “Who’s Who in the Media and Communications” and was named one of the Top 10 People in 1997 by Hearing Health magazine. He is a graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York.
