All captioning is "pop-on" except for live broadcast captioning of news and live events which is "roll-up". This matches current industry practices in captioning style.
Client may provide a protection master on any of the following source formats: D-2, Digital Betacam, Betacam SP, 3/4ā SP, 1ā Type āCā, VHS, Hi-8, DVCAM or Mini-DV. It is recommended that material be provided on firewire hard drives rather than videotape.
Final transfers are mastered on Betacam SP, Digital Betacam, D-2 or DVCAM. Dubs to other formats are also possible from these mastering formats. Client may provide own tape stock and shipping account information, otherwise we will charge extra for providing these items. Client may also request a VHS viewing dub of the final master for a nominal fee.
Turnaround time is quicker if the client provides scripts on disk.
