STEVE C. BALDWIN, Ph.D STEVE C. BALDWIN, Ph.D

Dr. Baldwin is a long time educator of the deaf. His three degrees are in history, deaf education and theater. He is currently a veteran teacher at the Texas School for the Deaf. In his spare time he writes scripts for TV, movie and stage. For his literary endeavors, he has been awarded West Chamber of Commerce Achievement Cup, Texas Association of the Deaf's Golden Hand, National Association of the Deaf's Literary Achievement Award, among others. He is a member of two athletic halls of fame as a long distance runner. As author of "Pictures in the Air: The Story of the National Theatre of the Deaf" and countless cultural, historical and professional articles, Dr. Baldwin resides in Buda, Texas, with his wife Rosie, 3 cats, and many Texas tough insects and critters.
